Pivi Games (“the app”, “we”) is a collection of four classics — sudoku, minesweeper, battleship and ludo — playable solo and, in most of them, online against a friend. By downloading, launching or using the app you agree to these terms. The same text is also available inside the app under Settings → Terms of use, in seven languages.
Each game can be played solo, and some also offer an online match for two. There is no account system — nothing needs to be registered to play.
Solo play works fully offline. Settings and saved games are stored only on your device and are removed together with the app.
To synchronise a match between players, your moves, chosen display name and room code are sent in real time through a third-party cloud service. This data is used only to run the match, is not tied to an account, and is not stored by the developer after the game ends. Do not put personal information in your display name.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier. Becoming a Supporter (see below) removes ads in all four games.
The optional “Buy the developer a coffee” purchase is processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play — the developer never receives or stores your payment details. The first purchase unlocks Supporter status (ads removed, cosmetic perks) for good; it is non-consumable and restorable through your store account. Every purchase after that is a consumable tip and is not itself restorable.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for the interpretation of the rules, the course of matches, the behaviour of other players online, or for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the app.
Online rooms are meant for friendly matches. Do not use display names, emoji reactions or any part of the app to harass, impersonate or share content that is illegal or infringes on others' rights. Rooms may be shut down without notice if abused.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here — and in the in-app version — with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
